ordered food for the family today. It's totally easy on their website. then I went to pick it up. Guys I have to say, it was the first time I was there, what a great shop, a cute, cute restaurant. Hopefully they will be able to open again soon, then go eat there more often. Exactly my style, friendly service, lots of vegetarian dishes, very unusual, and you will definitely sit outside on one of the most beautiful terraces in Iseborch. But most importantly, the food is almost star quality to my taste, and at really normal prices. whoever misses it is his own fault. My recommendation: try it !!!

We had pre-ordered the cheese fondue for two as we were able to get a voucher through Groupon. Everything went smoothly. The restaurant is cozy, but not constricting. It has an extremely familiar feel, in particular thanks to the owner's heartfelt treatment of guests. A really pleasant evening and highly recommended!

Yesterday I was with my four nieces and nephews and my other sponsored child for Kaiserschmarrn Essen in the Soulkitchen Ideal restaurant. The reservation went straight through Groupon, so we came to the restaurant with a voucher. When we entered the small restaurant there was no other guest to be seen. We were welcomed by the owner and the table was shown to us, but she visibly expressed her displeasure that I had only come to the Kaiserschmarrn Essen with the children and not to eat additional main dishes. She told me that this was only a dessert and that it was not common to go to a restaurant for dessert only. In the advertised advertisement of the offer via Groupon, however, there was no mention of the fact that an additional main course per guest would be expected here and in Austria it is quite common, for example, to have a Kaiserschmarrn served as a main course. This statement and this behavior was all the more incomprehensible, since on the one hand I was in the restaurant with five children or adolescents, but above all because the restaurant was not occupied by any other guests and we therefore did not take a table away from a "normal" paying guest to have. The cocoa served and offered was lukewarm and the amount of Kaiserschmarrn was manageable, the quality was okay, but nothing special, above all I missed caramelization, and I missed raisins. The vanilla sauce served with it was a convenience product of normal quality. Furthermore, the Kaiserschmarrn was neither served in the cast iron pan as shown in the Groupon photo, nor served with apple sauce. The plates were all emptied by the children, which was also due to the small portion, but the restaurant visit will certainly not be remembered for long. In my opinion, restaurants don't do themselves a great favor if they start a campaign via Groupon and then only moderately care about the satisfaction of the guests, even if in our case they were mostly children or adolescents. I still wish the operators of the restaurant numerous satisfied guests, unfortunately they could not inspire us with their product.

Very tasty, we had the cheese fondue, there were lots of dips, bread, potatoes, lettuce, ham and bread. Everything very nicely arranged. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very cozy. Everything worked just fine with the Groupon voucher.
